Visiting the windmill

In Lacey Green, Bucks, the mill is open 2pm to 5pm, on Sundays and Bank Hol. Mondays from the first Sunday in May to the last Sunday in September.

Admission: Adults £2. Children (5-15) £1. Some mill-related goods are available. Please note that the mill has steep and narrow stairs, there are no refreshment facilites and disabled access into the mill is very limited.

For the Queen's Jubilee we're also open on 5 June!

Getting there

If driving, please leave your vehicle near The Whip pub in Pink Road and use the track on the other side of the pub to reach the mill. For satnavs the post code is HP27 0PG.

Arriva bus route 300, High Wycombe ↔ Aylesbury, stops at The Whip. Details on Arriva's website.

Chiltern Railways' Princes Risborough, Monks Risborough and Little Kimble stations are 1½, 2½ and 3½ miles away respectively and close to the bus route. Visit their website.

The Chiltern Way footpath lies within a few yards of the mill.
